I love my life

Relationships

When we are free to express our full being in every direction, we are on our way to living the joyful life.

Loss

Helping people honour their loss and keep breathing until they learn, a little, to swim, is a journey of great privilege and care, for me.

Supervision

Quality of training and of therapeutic treatment is paramount, and increasingly the therapy profession is having to devise ways of assessing and monitoring themselves and each other.

Spirituality

How do we re-friend that Being when others have painted over our inner knowledge and re-welded our inner relationships.

Interests

Someone said “currency is accurately named. It needs to flow.” That resonates deeply. Books are one of my currencies. Flowers another. Time too, and caring. I wonder what yours are?
